Membership Information
Become a member of the Contemporary Jewelry Design Group. Our members are passionate about jewelry design. Our members are the most innovative and creative jewelry designers working today. By becoming a member of the CJDG you will be showing the world that you have passion, quality and integrity.
If you would like to become a member, download the application form and return it to: The Contemporary Jewelry Design Group, PO Box 1177, Hermitage, PA 16148 with an application fee of $45. Your work must be juried in. We will need to see professionally photographed images of your pieces.
Annual Dues are $295. We accept Visa, Mastercard and AmEx. Contact Marylouise Lugosch, Executive Director, with any further questions about membership.

Group Advertising Buying Power: We currently have a relationship with Metalsmith Magazine, Niche and InStore/ InDesign. We will be developing advertising relationships with consumer publications this year including Town & Country and Vogue.
Retailer Mailing List: We have a Mailing List of more than 1200 of the top Retail Jewelry Stores and Fine Galleries. This list is provided to you as part of your membership fee, at no additional charge.
Opportunity to promotes your business to trade and consumer press as well as retailers through the Association's monthly e-Newsletter - Inspired by Design. Our monthly e-newsletter is mailed to over 1000 editors and retailers.
Discount shipping with Dunbar: In the major metropolitan areas, members who have used Dunbar to ship jewelry to a trade show have paid for their membership with the savings.
Website Listing: Members receive a page on the CJDG website that links to their own site. The website is a hub and integral part of the CJDG’s marketing efforts.
Opportunities to participate in Group Trunk Shows: This year we plan on launching our Group Trunk Show at select Jewelry Stores and at the Galleries that are owned by CJDG members. The Retailer will promote the Trunk Show using their mailing list, the CJDG members will bring their jewelry and will make it an event.
Opportunities to exhibit as a group at major Trade Shows: Members who have never exhibited at the AGTA GemFair in Tucson have the chance to exhibit in the CJDG booth at a reduced cost. We are also exploring opportunities with JCK, Couture and Centurion to exhibit as a group, under our logo in our own pavilion or section.
Networking opportunities: from dinners and cocktails to Facebook, with amazing peer designers and insightful retail store owners.
Our Sponsors want your business: We have new Sponsor opportunities with major jewelry insurance companies, gem dealers and other industry resources. Discounts, advertising and educational opportunities will be part of the mix. These companies sponsor the CJDG because they know that our members are their best customers.
